      You can switch between Russian to English, in the menu in game...
      But this only will change some features, the missions will not take any effect...

      You should find a translator to help you, it shouldn't be hard to do so, but it might cost a little bit of money.

    just picture it with ur phone and do it step by step....worth it :)
